Traffic lanes generally need periodic spray buffing, more frequently than peripheral areas. Entrance mats may require vacuuming several times during the day, while infrequently used stairwells, on the other hand, might be swept once a week or even less often. Developing service schedules for each area of the building that are based on the actual conditions in the building, not some rigid, preconceived, one-size-fits-all plan is very important.
